Occasionally we make mistakes or a few bad apples get through the system. . If you buy a leads from us that did not match the criteria you defined then call us and we'll replace it. If you receive a lead that has a bad number we will credit your account on the spot. We go one step further than your typical lead companies return policy. As you might expect, anytime a customer is not happy with our service, we'll want to get as much information as possible so we can try to figure out what went wrong. We keep extensive records of everything. Once we've verified our mistake, we'll issue an immediate credit. While we'll always give the customer the benefit of the doubt, it's important to note that our guarantee for any particular service is limited to the commitments we make in our service agreement.
